Once withdrawn, when the Roma Pass is activated (72/48 hours) and how do you use it?
The Roma Pass, once collected is valid for 8 months unless, within this period, a price change of the cards or of services included, will occur.
The card is validated at the time of the first visited site/museum and/or the first journey on the city’s public transport network.
The Roma Pass 72hours must be used during the first 72 hours following activation and it expires after 72 hours.
The Roma Pass 48hours must be used during the first 48 hours following activation and it expires after 48 hours.
The Roma Pass card is a single card, for both public transport and entrances to museums. The card works on a RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) system. It doesn’t have to be inserted and stamped in validating machines located on buses, trams and in metro stations. Simply place your card on the black circle of the yellow reader to get through trams, buses and metro trains. A Green light indicates that the card has been read correctly.
